1. Nature of Service
StoryByPM provides digital access to premium stories. Once a pass is purchased, users receive immediate access to the content.
2. No Refund Policy
Because the product is digital and access is granted instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable.
3. Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment due to technical error
- Payment deducted but pass not activated
- Technical issues preventing access to purchased content
4. Refund Request Process
Users must submit a refund request within 24 hours of the transaction.
The request must include:
- Registered email address
- Transaction ID
- Date of purchase
- Description of the issue
5. Refund Approval
Refund requests will be reviewed and approved at our discretion after verification.
6. Refund Processing Time
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
